Begin with the useful applications.
A brand appears in many different places. List the applications the team uses most often. A small label, a presentation, and a website have different needs. Test the identity in those contexts before you commit to a complete set of rules.
Keep a clear hierarchy.
Set a small number of roles for type, colour, and images. Make the most important information easy to find. Consistent roles let different layouts feel related without forcing every page or object into the same composition.
Document the decisions.
Show the team how the system works through practical examples. Explain the purpose of each rule and include the files needed for everyday use. Keep the guide easy to update as the business finds new applications.
