Name things for the next editor.
Clear page, component, and field names help an owner find the right place to make a change. Use the same term in the editor and in the guide. Keep sample content distinct from information the business has approved.
Test the ordinary updates.
Check what happens when someone adds a longer project title, a new article, or a different image shape. Test the page on a phone as well as a large screen. The design needs to work with the content it will receive after launch.
Leave a short launch record.
Record the contact destination, the main integrations, and the checks completed before launch. Give the owner a clear way to report a defect. The setup and style guides in this template show one way to keep that information together.
